Hi, I’m Jenni, and I’m the heart behind The Regulated Way. My journey into this work didn’t begin in a textbook or classroom—it started with my own experiences of overwhelm, burnout, and the search for a way to truly feel balanced and in control of my life. Like many, I spent years trying to “fix” myself with mindset shifts, productivity hacks, and wellness routines, only to find myself back at square one when life inevitably became too much.

It wasn’t until I discovered the power of nervous system regulation that everything began to change. Understanding how my body responds to stress and learning how to work with my nervous system—rather than fighting against it—was the missing piece I’d been searching for. Suddenly, everything else I had been working on, from mindset to relationships, began to fall into place.

Fueled by a passion for helping others find this same clarity and calm, I immersed myself in learning. I’ve spent years studying the science of the nervous system, emotional regulation, and how these tools can transform lives. From taking courses and workshops to being mentored by some of the most respected names in the field, I’ve poured everything I’ve learned into creating The Regulated Way.
